At Paid Office, our vision is to provide Vendors with hassle-free property management. With over 10 years experience in Vendor Property Management we strive to make property ownership easy and stress-free by taking care of all the details so you can concentrate on building your portfolio knowing your property management is in good hands.
We offer property management services, including instalment collection direct from buyers accounts and all utility bills and insurance can be paid from instalments collected prior to disbursements. We take care of all day to day queries direct with your buyers so you don't need to. Our services are designed to help our clients maximize their property portfolio and minimize their expenses. We manage Instalment contracts, Lease Options and Rent to Buy properties. Our fees are negotiable for vendors who have multiple properties with us. If you want just straight forward Rent Collection we offer this but do not do inspections at all. For straight forward Rent collection our fees are competitive and can be discussed based on individual requirements

Paid Office is competitive with our management fees. We are happy to negotiate our fees and charges with you direct and are always willing to offer discounts to vendors who have numerous properties that they need managed.
You will receive excellent customer service from our team at all times. We manage properties over all of Australia and are now branching out to New Zealand. You will receive monthly statements with your disbursements so you can maintain your records concisely and accurately for your accountant at tax time.

At Paid Office our management fees for Instalment Contract Properties is 5% which is calculated and deducted from the instalments collected prior to disbursements. We also charge a one off setup fee per property which includes setup of direct debit from your clients accounts, setting up property ledger which will contain all instalments collected and any payments for utilities or insurance from which we will provide you with a statement once a month with the disbursement. We will setup a buyers ledger which will show all payments made by the buyer and any utility or insurance payments made for the property and provide half yearly statements to your buyers for their records. At Paid Office we also manage Lease Options and Rent to Buy properties. Fees are the same as the Instalment Contracts.
